What happens if my alarm is a false alarm?

You still receive a full inspection report confirming the site was secured. Repeat false alarms trigger a complimentary technician-referral review.

Do you provide key-holding as a standalone service?

Yes. Even without alarm-response coverage we can maintain sealed key custody for scheduled or emergency use.
